No, Lodops is a completely cloud-based platform. You can start managing your operations immediately by logging in from any device (computer, tablet, phone) with an internet connection without installing any programs.
Can I create multiple user accounts?
Yes, depending on the size of your business, you can create sub-user accounts for your teammates. Thanks to Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), you can define different authorization levels for cleaning staff, receptionists, or managers.
Do you have integration with Channel Managers?
Absolutely. Lodops provides two-way integration with popular channel managers (e.g., Rentals United, HotelRunner, etc.) to instantly synchronize your reservations on a single screen and eliminate the risk of overbooking.
What is the Guest App and how does it work?
The Guest App is a special web interface where your guests can access their reservation details, check-in online, purchase additional services, and send direct messages to you before or during their stay.
