Privacy Policy (PDPL)

At Lodops ("Company"), we attach great importance to the security and privacy of your personal data. This Clarification Text has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK" / "PDPL") to inform our visitors and customers ("Data Subject") using the Lodops platform about the methods of collecting personal data, processing purposes, and legal rights.

1. Identity of the Data Controller

Under the PDPL, Lodops ("Company") has the title of data controller. Personal data you provide through our platform will be processed within the framework of the purposes and legal limits specified below.

2. Processed Personal Data

The following personal data may be processed during your use of our platform:

Identity Data: Name, surname, national identity number (for billing processes).
Contact Data: Email address, phone number, address details.
Financial Data: Billing information, tax number (Your credit card details are not stored by our Company; they are managed by payment infrastructure providers).
Transaction Security Data: IP addresses, system login-logout records, password information, device and browser information.
Customer Transaction Data: Purchased packages, support requests, user behavior.

3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data is processed for the following purposes:

Establishment and performance of the contract (Creation and management of user accounts),
Smooth execution of the services offered (property management, reservation, reporting),
Execution of billing and payment transactions,
Providing customer support services and responding to requests,
Fulfillment of legal obligations (e.g., keeping log records according to Law No. 5651),
Ensuring system security and preventing potential unauthorized access.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

As a rule, your personal data is not shared with third parties. However, within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL, it may be transferred to authorized public institutions to fulfill our legal obligations; to cloud infrastructure providers located domestically and/or abroad (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean) for the provision of services, to our payment institution partners, and to e-invoice/accounting systems.

5. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected electronically by fully or partially automatic methods through filling out forms on the Platform, subscribing to the system, submitting support requests, and via cookies. This data is processed based on the legal reasons specified in Article 5/2 of the PDPL: "It is necessary to process personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract", "It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation", and "Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject".

6. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the PDPL, by applying to our Company, you have the right to:

Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
Request information if your personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of the processing and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
Request correction if incomplete or incorrectly processed,
Request its deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the PDPL
